Little Dorset Cottage has been carefully furnished and prepared with thoughtful touches throughout. The Hallway has a coat rack, bench and storage and there’s a downstairs cloakroom with a wash hand basin and WC. The large inglenook fireplace is perfect if you fancy relaxing in front of the wood-burning stove. There are two comfy sofas to snuggle into to watch television. There are also throws to cosy up under and if reading is your thing there’s a large selection of books provided for you to choose from.

The open-plan kitchen is bright and airy and includes an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. and washing machine There’s a dining area with a table, chairs, and a television on the wall. The bi-fold doors open out onto a private courtyard garden with a sofa, armchairs and coffee tables it’s a great place to have breakfast, coffee or your evening meal. A lovely spot to watch the stars with a glass of wine or two.
And so to bed perchance to dream
Little Dorset Cottage can sleep up to four guests in the two double bedrooms. The beds in the second bedroom can be connected to form a king size or separated into twins if preferred. The stunning bathroom has a beautiful boat bath with a hand shower attachment and there’s also a separate shower cubicle.
A welcome gift for you
A complimentary hamper will welcome you on arrival, containing a few essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, eggs and cereal along with a few extra goodies for your enjoyment. I source most of the products locally.

I also provide complimentary shampoo, shower cap, shower gel and soap for your initial first night should you have forgotten to pack yours!

Olivia was our best host to date, I couldn’t rate this cottage highly enough! Everything was perfect. We were greeted with the best hamper, and a warm welcome. Olivia explained everything we needed to know and then left us to it with only a phone call away! We wish we could have taken this cottage home with us! We really appreciated the work that’s gone into this place to give it the character and homely feel it has. It even had dressing-up costumes to entertain our little one! It’s in a perfect location. Would love to visit again!
